On April 21, I visited Korea Legacy Kitchen again with two other Helping Hands members. Due to a trip that Korea Legacy representatives took to Jeju, we were not able to volunteer here for the last two weeks. Due to the break, the kitchen had gotten cluttered up a lot, so we worked on resetting the kitchen to be more convenient to work in again.
Also, we packed up a lot of plates and cups that Legacy Kitchen no longer needed, so we packed them up for donation. It felt very good to come back to routine with our weekly volunteering visits, and I hope our activities will continue to help soup kitchens on Saturdays.
