On April 14, I was able to visit Sangil Daycare Center with our school’s Tri-M Senior Chapter. At the center, we performed two pieces, Cherubim’s Song and Les pêcheurs de perles, with my small woodwind quintet ensemble.
Working with the senior citizens and seeing how our music and performance made them smile made me feel very happy and privileged to know we could make their day. Also, it was very rewarding to see how our hours of practice contributed to successful performance.
