3/24 Korea Legacy Kitchen Organizing

On March 29th, Helping Hands club members and I went to the Korea Legacy kitchen to help organize their materials at the center. Because a lot of their storage was kept cluttered for a long period of time, we took the necessary time to take out all of the utensils, aprons, gloves, and more, to label and declutter.

This session was a little different than usual because we did not have any hands-on work with food. However, through this experience, I realized that a well-organized kitchen is crucial for efficient work to progress in the kitchen. I hope that future teams that cook in the Korea Legacy kitchen to help others can be aided by our work.
